Legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Richard Nixon of California. Administrative assistant to U.S. Senator William Knowland of California. Consultant to U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee; U.S. Department of Transportation. Assistant Administrator, National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA). Deputy Chief Administrative Judge, Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, 1921. Served in U.S. Army (staff sergeant), World War II. Georgetown University, B.A.; Georgetown University Law Center, J.D., 1950. Attorney. Married; six children, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. Died in Silver Spring, Maryland, September 14, 2008.
