The three-member Board is appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to two-year terms (Code 1957, Art. 25, sec. 3; County Code, secs. 9-101 through 9-119).
Appointed by the Board of County Commissioners to four-year terms, the Committee consists of five members and two alternates (Code Criminal Law Article, sec. 13-701 through 13-709).
Three members make up the Board which is appointed by the Governor with Senate advice and consent to two-year terms (Code 1957, Art. 25, sec. 3; County Code, secs. 9-201 through 9-210).

BOARD OF ELECTRICAL EXAMINERS & SUPERVISORS
Meeting monthly in Prince Frederick, the Board of Electrical Examiners and Supervisors regulates the business of electrician in Calvert County. Its regulations govern the classes of licenses, the setting of fees, and the examination of applicants.
GAMBLING PERMIT REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Gambling Permit Review Committee regulates gambling activities and the issuance of permits for gaming events.
PLUMBING BOARD
The Plumbing Board regulates the business of plumbing in Calvert County. Its regulations specify the setting of fees, and the examination of applicants.
